Sustaining a tradition of drumming in the full moon, a drum circle in Charlotte, NC USA gathers beneath the waxing moon on the Equinox.

From ancient times people have gathered under the Full Moon for celebration. Dancers dance in the circle created by drummers and other musicians. Drums tune to natural rhythms, dancers move to the beat, good energies flow.
Group drumming and dancing transform discord into harmony. Drum circles can heal body, mind, and soul. Most cities have a center square or crossroads good for celebration. Charlotte's prime center is at Trade & Tryon and the Full Moon is usually a great time to be uptown.
Group drum rhythm is a carrier wave for hopes and wishes. Drumming on the Square at the Full Moon energizes community and helps to free Charlotte soul.
