As I'm sure I won't be the only one to say......I was running out of time to take this VR. I couldn't get a neutral density filter to fit the lens in time, so created one out of old (but brand new) cibachrome filters, then colour corrected at the end (sort of).

I suppose it's about people passing through a place that's not changing with time. There is a solidity about buildings, with a feeling of almost permanence (albeit limited by the interaction of man and nature)that I've tried to juxtapose with the fleeting presence of people passing through.
