Description: Elevation Water

Keeping the swimming pool full all during the year is a difficult task specially in hot arid Texas. Water evaporation can remove as much as 2 inches per week. Water replenishment is either by rain water, or local home water hose delivery. The full water line is a tile grout line around the pool. For this WWP event we placed a GPS receiver on a water float and determined that that our water line is really 785 feet [261.66 meters] elevation above mean sea level.

Temperatures:

Air 101°F (39°c)

Pool Water 88°f (31°c)

Beer 36.5°f (2°c)
