Two raw water reservoirs containing about 600 000 m3 are fed by an underground aquifer located in Croissy sur Seine a hundred meters below. The withdrawn water is lifted by several electric pumps able to elevate 5 000 m3 per hour trough a double pipe. The plant shown here treats it after which it is stocked (25 000 m3) then distributed.
