Mini busses are carrying the main load of public transport in urban regions of Syria. They run in high frequency within the cities and they also connecting the suburban areas. They have flat fares and within the city the price is usually 5 Syrian Pound (=0,10 $US)

Behind the scene : how this panorama was made

As these busses are zapping through the traffic with sudden stops, it was quite complicated to shoot the required 4 pictures with a camera on top of a monopod which hardly found its way to the floor passing the legs of the passengers. Due to the constant acceleration and braking of the bus along its route, it was impossible to get the monopod perpendicular. That explains also my scilly face as I was too concentrated watching the spirit level during the short stops, while shooting.
