A few short minutes away from social locations like the church, post office, resturant and shopping we have the quiet residential area. Schools provide education services for the community. We would normally have people in our imaging but school is out for summer vacation. People are no doubt ... somewhere else at the moment.

Our community had its start from open cattle ranch land South of Fort Worth called Southern Hills in 1898. This southern area is several hundred feet higher than downtown Fort Worth. The ranch changed owners several times until developers purchased the land in 1955. Today the land is nearly all ranch style residential single family brick homes. The community has 3 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, high schools, 1 fire station, and several shopping centers and malls. Commercial and residential zones are divided by extensive green space or public parks containing flood water ways and vista type small lakes. Deed restrictions prohibit oil drilling or raising of cattle and livestock. Adjacent to this residential area is a major [4 lanes in each direction] freeway that quickly speeds folks into downtown Fort Worth 8 miles away.
