Caption
Early Friday morning in downtown Fort Worth, Texas, the side walks, streets and parking lots are void of activity. In another two hours the side walks, streets and parking lots will be full of busy activity. It is then necessary for safey reasons that we create a city design that partitions cars, people and parking areas. These traffic divisions are called BORDERS between the Pedestrian and Vehicles.
