This pond is hidden by surrounding trees in an area just off the Cross County Trail in Fairfax, Virginia.

I took this panorama using a camera modified to only capture infrared. The color is false since you cannot see infrared and I thought it was more interesting than converting it to black and white. Equipment

Nikon D70 modified by lifepixel.com for infrared capture, Nikon 8mm f2.8 lens with Agnos bracket, Gitzo monopod.

RAW files processed in Photoshop CS3. Stitched with PTGui 8 pro to layers. Hand-blended in Photoshop CS3. Converted to pano with Pano2VR.

How can I …?

… Look around on touch devices?

Touch and drag the picture
Pinch/spread to zoom

… Look around with a mouse?

Place your mouse pointer over the picture.
Press and hold the mouse button.
Move the mouse slowly to spin the view.
Release the mouse button to stop moving.
Zoom with mouse wheel or shift/ctrl

… Make the picture bigger?

Tap or click the zoom icon in the bottom right corner of the picture to switch between in-page and fullscreen view
With the mouse you can also right click and choose "Fullscreen"
Note: This will reload a high resolution version, if necessary.

… Browse to another panorama?

Choose any of these options to navigate:

Use the links in the green menu bar at the top
Slide the dotted area in the info header to the left or right
Use the left/right arrows at the sides of the panorama (if visible)
Use the lists: A-Z, Region, Thumbs, Map
