Long shadows at dusk bring the Western Grey Kangaroos out of their bush habitat and onto the surrounding properties. Good rain has given life to the native grasses and feed is plentiful. Although only 40 kilometres (15 miles) from the centre of Adelaide, South Australia’s capital city, this mob of ‘roos’ allowed me a photograph. There’s a fine line though between caution and nervous flight among these marsupials. A little closer and they’re gone…
