In the lobby of the Radisson SAS Hotel and CityQuartier "DomAquarée" in Berlin is a 25-meter high cylindrical aquarium filled with over one million litres of salt water known as the AquaDom.
In the center of the AquaDom, the world's only two-floor glass elevator runs. Up to 45 people can watch more than 1,500 tropical fish, among them one of the rare Napoleon fish. The elevator trip takes about five minutes, while normal visitor journeys with stops it takes about ten to fifteen minutes. The AquaDom is the exit of the Sea Life Center.
While this panorama was taken, the scuba divers of City-Diver where cleaning the tube. The AquaDom is owned by Union Investment and run by blauerseestern.de
