This panorama was taken whilst we were replacing the old cabinet lighting with an LED lighting system. The benefit of LEDs is that they use much less power than conventional lighting and they emit no ultra-violet so there is much less problem with fading the exhibits.

The chap you see up the ladder is Gordon Petrie of Gobbsmak Lighting Design Ltd. who designed the lighting setup for us.
