Summer 2018 was very hot and dry in Switzerland. To escape the heat in the lower areas we whenever possible spent some times in the mountains. For once we have been very happy about some rain showers even when hiking.

Lej da la Tscheppa is a small lake at 2617 m altitude. Down in the valley you can see a little corner of the Lej da Silvaplauna, one of the larger lakes in the Engadine valley (at 1791 m altitude).
