As soon as I learned about Willy Kaemena's technique for simulating aerial panoramas, it became essential for me to make one from Philadelphia's City Hall Tower.

This image was stitched from the 'outer' hemispheres of four ordinary spherical panoramas, taken from a short pole stuck out the North,South, East and West windows of the Tower's Observation Deck.

The title is homage to both Kaemena and the iconic statue of William Penn that stands just a few feet above the platform from which the photos were taken.
