Victoria Quarter is one of Leeds unique arcades, built around 1900 and restored in 1990-96. During this time an impressive, colourful glass roof was added. It is the largest expanse of stained glass in Europe. The exteriors are mainly of faience (glazed pottery) and there is plenty of marble, mosaic and wrought iron. All together a fine blend of heritage and new colours. (Information from Wikipedia)
