Sustenance - a difficult word. My intention was to go to this site to shoot the roots of the trees in the sand, but then . Although they are exposed in the sand the roots reach for water and soil, providing sustenance for the trees.

When I got there there was a group of kite surfers out on the sea, which also shows another kind of sustenance, as they sustain joy from their sport, and are sustained by their kites flting across the sea and being lifted into the air?

And the sea itself is the biggest provider of sustenance in the world, maybe except for the earth itself?

And finally the bridges in the background is yet another form of sustenance, sustaining cars crossing it?

I don't know if this makes sense, but to me sustenance is a word with a very wide meaning...
