Forgotten place?
Most cities changed their appearance over the centuries.
There is a lot of concrete, steel and glass everywhere in the cities.

If you want to see a city which looks like it did in Medieval Times, then go and visit Riquewihr in France. Today it looks more or less as it did in the 16th Century.

OK, today there are a lot more tourists, but the look and feel of the town is very nice.
