Reading actual theme, I tought to "Social scales", to "Values Scales, physics scales (I mean stairs) and then temperature scales…until I remembered I was in Milan and I had a must: to photograph "The Scale", the most famous theatre all over the world. It includes the several interpretations of actual wwpano theme I thought to. Social scales: think to people who sit in their fabulous box and people who works behind the scenes, to women in their furs arriving for the inauguration, to the name of the teather, that is not concerning with a physical scale, but with the name of the old church demolished to build it: Santa Maria alla Scala!

Quando ho letto il tema di questa volta, ho subito pensato alle "Scale sociali", poi alle scale di valori, e ancora alle scale fisiche e scale di temperatura ...finche' mi sono ricordato che ero a Milano, e che "dovevo" fotografare la scala per antonomasia: "La Scala", ovvero il teatro alla Scala, che oltre ad essere il teatro più' famoso al mondo, racchiude in se' diverse delle interpretazioni del tema che mi erano venute in mente: scale sociali, penso al confronto tra i frequentatori dei favolosi palchi, ed a tutti quelli che lavorano dietro le quinte, alle signore con le pellicce che arrivano all'inaugurazione, al nome del teatro, che con le scale "fisiche" ha poco a che fare, essendo relativo al nome della chiesa che e' stata demolita per costruirlo: Santa Maria alla Scala!
