Located in one of the most prestigious districts of Paris, designed in 1885 by Steven Sauvestre, architect of the Eiffel Tower, this exquisite house was restored by Cogemad. Among other things, the company built the famous Château Louis XIV in Paris, which was the subject of a worldwide record sale in 2015.

Behind the building’s historic façade lies a comfortable and prestigious interior. The house offers a master suite, several guests suites and reception rooms, a custom-made artisanal kitchen, a 16-metre indoor swimming pool, a movie theatre, a private nightclub and a large wine cellar.
