I made my first panoramas in 2000 with the Nikon CP950 + fisheye adapter and Helmut Dersch's PanoramaTools.
Currently I use various Nikon DSLRs with a range of fisheye and wide-angle lenses, and with Manfrotto, Nodal Ninja, and Really Right Stuff pano-heads.
