Mountain gorillas in the Virunga Volcanoes Rwanda, Africa.
The Susa family was the family Diane Fossey studied. In the panorama only some of the members of the Susa-familiy visible. The family count today 33 gorillas, and is the biggest group in Ruanda.
You can see, the main leader of the group, named KURIRA, resting on his back, together with the young twin babies and their mother. Around are some more members of the Sousa-Group. On this visit we were lucky to see 16 members of the group!
This was like a view back in the history of mankind.
