This panorama was taken during the Jane Austen Festival which takes place every year in Bath, England and lasts for a week.

The Grand Regency Promenade is one of the opening events of the festival and this year included a Guinness World Records attempt at the "largest gathering of people dressed in Regency Costumes."

The scene here is in the Royal Crescent at the end of the promenade.
