Regular sessions take place at Dora Keogh’s pub every Thursday and Sunday evening. A few regular musicians start the session and folks just show up and join in. Someone starts a set of jigs or reels and everyone joins in or learns a new tune if they don’t know the piece. Pat Simmonds, on the button accordion, generally leads them off. Pat is part of the band "Spraoi" and also has a radio show on CIUT on Thursday evenings before the sessions. Some weeks can see musicians three rows deep.
