Jürgen Eidt: Singing Girls at Pike Place Market Behind the scene : how this panorama was made The audience was gathering around the artists and tourists were passing by the side walk. It was just crowded, but for one short moment a gap opened and I quickly walked in, made 2 shots every 90 degrees turning around my feet, made one Zenit and one Nadir and walked out. It took probably about 15s and I'm not sure if someone even realized that a 360x180 panoramic image was done. The stitching was just a mess. Parallax errors everywere, but with some tricks and masking the input images I could reduce the post processing to have only one power cable from the building to the market halls removed. Return |
