Lot of moral and physical sustenance this weekend and I am exhausted!

First we had the pleasure of hosting Romuald and his wife on a visit from Reunion Island. We made Saltimbocca alla Romana for them, with real saffran Risotto and Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese.

Then this pleasant unexpected surprise visit of my uncle and his wife. Nicole was already in the middle of a Jamie Oliver recipe and we shared with them.

Last but not least, we had planned a real Swiss cheese fondue - the first one for the year. We ended up doing it in the student's dwelling of David and Robin to avoid our friends the symptoms of cat hair allergy.
