This is my first entry for the WWP. The hardest part for me was deciding what I could photograph that would somehow mesh with the theme of sustenance. My original intention was to submit a decaying forest scene, with the obvious ‘sustenance’ connotations. But when I came across the artwork of Max Streicher, I knew his was the sort of imagery I had been searching for. As I entered his exhibit space at the Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant, it became clear to me how art sustains creativity, and by the same token how creation sustains life.
