Sustenance - while vacationing in Arizona we visited The Arboretum at Flagstaff - where sustenance abounds in high country gardens, trails that wind through apline meadows surrounded by the world's largest ponderosa pine forest. All in view of the beautiful San Francisco Peak mountains.

We greatly enjoyed this educational raptor show which was presented by High Country Raptors, Inc. A group that is dedicated to promoting raptor conservation, focusing on education and rehabilitation.

Several raptors were featured - including a red-tailed hawk, great-horned owls and a gyr falcon. Sustenance in the most basic natural form!
