This house that was built in about 1930, was the residence of the Marquis Toshinari Maeda who was a feudal lord of the Kaga in old days. The building method is the "shoin"style of traditional Japanese residential architecture. In addition, there is a great stillness Japanese garden and I do not get tired even if I look at it all day.
