Thousands of people are transported by boats to and from Stockholm every day. People living on the islands around Stockholm can take these white boats to come to Stockholm for work or study and from here they take the boats back home. A little further down the water way you can take a boat to Finland as well. These boats are very popular among the tourists visiting Stockholm too. This water way is in the center of the town and among other things you can see the Royal Palace across the water.
