This is the stone-floor of the "stellingmolen" (big windmill) "Rijn en Zon" in the district "Vogelenbuurt", just outside the center of Utrecht, the Netherlands.

"Rijn en Zon" was build in 1912 as a corn mill. It was damaged heavily by a storm in 1948, and restored in 1977-1979.
