Sunrise at Corliss Landing looking toward the Manchester Street Power Station in Providence, Rhode Island.

The power station provides energy to Providence, while the hurricane barrier keeps the energy of the sea from Providence. Corliss Landing is a small park on South Water Street on the Providence River and the hurricane barrier that was built to protect Providence from flooding during a hurricane.
