The sun is the source of all our energy. It even shines in Ireland!

The sun allowed the vegetation to grow.

The vegetation decayed and produced oil and gas.

The pipelines and ships bring it ashore.

The Aghada Power Station in Cork converts it to electricity.

They say you cannot create or destroy energy. But we have to use this blessing wisely and remember that it is finite.

Big thanks to John Cronin
