The Bridge of Flowers over the Deerfield River was constructed in 1908 for the Shelburne Falls & Colrain Street Railway, offering freight and passenger service inland from the main-line. In 1929, a year after the railway's closing, the bridge was converted into public gardens and since then has been maintained with the help of donations from community and world-wide visitors. This panorama was taken from the Iron Bridge [1888] connecting the Buckland and Shelburne sides of the Village of Shelburne Falls.

My website has many more panoramas of Massachusetts.
