There are two types of family in this picture the literal one is my Father-in-Law and Father standing in the foreground. The figurative family is the marine energy sector. I work in this field and at the moment there is rivalry and co-operation similar to that between siblings. I think the reason for this is that the industry is very new and the only people who can understand the challenges and therefore the only people who can appreciate your victories are other companies in the same field.
