I visited the North Devon holiday town of Ilfracombe some 30 years ago, but I remembered almost nothing of the place when I passed through it late last year when the weather was poor. Being in the area for an extended stay during the period of this event, I took the opportunity in very much better weather conditions to explore this small town and take some panoramas. The man walking his dogs was an unexpected feature. He readily agreed to gather the dogs together for the shot.
