Time changes all - well almost - our love of music seems immune to time's free radicals. While preferences, themes, tastes and the like, are different for every generation, our connection and need for music has been rock solid. The way we listen to music has changed though. Recording technology began in the late 1800's and has been evolving since. With your iPod in your mind's eye, look at this VR of recording machines, some of which are 100-years-old. Here in New Haven Vermont, Ralph has collected and oversees some of the earliest music recording machines from the turn of last century.
