The week of the Summer Solstice is also the TIME for Mazda Bongo (Mazda Friendee, Ford Fred) owners to get together and discuss their vehicles! The Bongo Bash has been held for the last 5 years or so at the same location and fulfills a need for members of the Bongo Fury club to get together and enjoy themselves ;-) This year some 240 vehicles arrived at this campsite for 5 days of fun and games. Below can be seen Kirsty (aka MissFixIt) watching my dubious attempts to stop the sway of the pole and capture this aerial view of the scene.
