A "tower" near where I live, the Eguene Mahoney State Park allows a grand view of the Platte River, one of the larger rivers running through Nebraska.
This was a bit of a challenge... I'm afraid of heights and the tower tends to sway a bit with the wind and kids jumping up and down trying to make it sway more. *shudder*
