This is a highway that is under construction. I know some people are looking forward to see this new road finished but I do NOT want it. This might be another project or case of collusion between civil engineering constructors and Japanese bureaucracy as many corruption cases have been unveiled about Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. I know some bureaucrats make some personal benefits out of it but not always in the interest of people. Under the hierarchical Japanese social system, Japanese politicians and bureaucrats find it just convenient to keep a huge elevation between them and the average Japanese citizens, exactly as this highway is going to create a physical layer or gap on the level of this natural even landscape.
