In Bristol, every Wednesday afternoon throughout the summer, farmers, bakers, and artisans assemble to sell their goods. Here on the town green, the community gathers to stock up on some locally grown produce or home baked goods or just to socialize. The idea of lowering our carbon footprint is gaining popularity in all the communities across Vermont and buying local is right up our community ally.
