The 800.000 m² big public Viennese garden 'Donaupark', located between the centre of the city and the district of Donaustadt, was opened 1964 for the Vienna International Garden Show. In the center of the park, the 252 meter height Danube Tower ('Donauturm') has become a part of the Viennese skyline and is a popular lookout point and a tourist attraction. This panorama shows one part of the Rosarium with approximately 1.000 different species of roses.
