I have lived in this community the majority of my life, and sadly I have only visted the historic sites a few times. The Ford Family mansion is something that I drive past nearly everyday, and I thought that it would be a nice guesture to shoot the gardens for this event. The house was build in 1929, and was willed to the public in 1976. now operated by the Ford House organization it has remained in original condition to this day. I wanted to show off the rose garden, and hopefully express to the world some of the more local and private contributions that the ford family made to the world.
