Set on the east side of the Hudson River, about 90 minutes north of New York City, is The Culinary Institute of America, an internationally famous college. Students from around the world are trained here by established world-class chefs and go on to head some of the best restaurants everywhere. In this classroom setting, Freshman students are trained on the building blocks of cooking.
