This spherical view of a modern American food marketplace shows how the corner grocery has evolved into a wonderland of produce mountains, irresistible displays of daily delivered fresh seafood and natural meats (I was introduced to American Bison here!), a vast array of bulk bins and barrels of grains, dried fruits, and candies, as well as wide varieties of natural and organic grocery and dairy items. Under the same roof is also found a large selection of deli meats, imported cheeses, fresh breads, vitamins and supplements, gluten-free products and alternative choices for folks with certain food sensitivities.......you want it, or need it? ...it's all here, and more.
