North West Organic are a co-operative of organic food producers in the Northwest of Ireland. Their membership includes farmers and growers on both sides of the Irish border with members in Counties Derry, Tyrone, and Donegal.

They provide a delivery service to homes throughout the area and each Friday they deliver a bag of fresh, organically produced, fruit and vegetables to each of their customers.

In this panorama you can see the NWO retail outlet at the end of the Thursday afternoon rush. Behind the vegetable racks you can just spot Kevin Hickey, the shop manager, as he prepares the last of the customers' orders. If you rotate the panorama you will see the queue of bags snaking around the shop, waiting to be loaded onto the van on Friday morning.

Northwest Organic also participate in the monthly "Walled City Market" in Derry City. I have a framed print available of an earlier panorama of the Walled City Market

Equipment:
Shot with a Canon EOS 5D Mk II, Zenitar 16mm fisheye f/2.8 lens. The camera was mounted on a Kaiden Kiwi panorama adapter on a Manfrotto 190XDB tripod.

Horizontal photographs were taken at 60° angles and also a floor and ceiling shot. Each "shot" consisted of three bracketed exposures.

A total of 24 separate images were combined using Hugin in order to achieve this High Dynamic Range type result.
