On the first day of Spring 2010, I went to take my first WWP project on 'Food' at the Inlet Cafe, and found that it was the St.Patrick's Parade Day in Highlands. I snapped this pano quickly, handheld, as a pipe band was playing in the bar. Some of the parade floats are parked beside the cafe, from the Sugar Shack and Windandsea, as well as the one from the Inlet Cafe announcing they have been serving food since 1966! The sign on the wall of Windandsea opposite advertises a selection of their menu items. Plenty of Irish liquid cuisine was being consumed, as well as some food in the area beyond the bar overlooking Sandy Hook Bay. Such a glorious sunny day, 72 degrees, Spring has certainly sprung and as the sign on the Inlet Cafe float says 'Another Day At The Beach'.
