A variety of plant life from the rain forest can be viewed in one of Montreal's botanical garden greenhouses. Here in the Tropical Rain Forest Conservatory one gets a sampling of the biodiversity of plant life on, or close to, the forest floor. Some 17,000 species coexist in the Mesoamerican environment, the zone between Mexico and South America.
