Spring had come in the greenhouse a little early.
These seedlings are waiting for thier turn
"ikor no mori (Forest ikor)" that opens on April 23, 2008.
ikor means "Treasure" in Ainu.
It is a beginning of the project that takes good care of this treasure
and hands it over to the next generation.


「イコロの森」
温室の中は、一足早く春を迎えていた。
2008年4月23日にオープンする「イコロの森」の出番を待つ苗たちである。
イコロはアイヌ語で「宝物」を意味する。
この宝物を大切に育て、次世代に引き継ぐプロジェクトの始まりである。
