The Tappi lighthouse begin to light. Tappisaki is a cape which north side of Tsugaru-peninsula in Aomori Japan. Wind strong all day blows from the sea. And , wind power generation is done by using strong wind. The world's longest Seikan Tunnel passes under the soil.
