It stands on the hill looking around Ishikari bay.
The port ever prospered in herring fishing.
The air which is lighted up by the lighthouse.
There are wind, wave and thick cloud.
I can feel the atmosphere when standing here.


日和山灯台
石狩湾を見渡す丘の上に立つ灯台。
港はかつてニシン漁で栄えた。
灯台に照らし出される空気。
風と波、そして分厚い雲。
ここに立つと大気を感じ取ることが出来る。
