When I took this shot, the sun was and wasn't (you can't see it, but it is behind the clouds). Just above the small city you can see rain. The atmosphere is quite loud cause of the rain, the grey clouds, but thanks to the wind, the wind mills you can breath life. There are ten wind mills here, located near Toulouse (about half an hour away).
